Make Bootable USB
Create a Bootable DVD or make a bootable Pen drive, I use the Rufus Software (It’s free and open-source ) to make the pen drive bootable. Attach a USB drive with the system and launch the Rufus.
Click On the DEVICE Option and It detects all attached USB drives but you Select the USB drive which you want to use for this process.
Click On the Select button.
Browse Windows Server 2019 Image from Your System.
Click On Ok (Before creating a bootable USB, make sure to backup it because all the data will be destroyed).
Click On Start Button, Once the START button is clicked, Rufus starts the process.
Insert bootable USB in the system and restart the system. Following screen is displayed, select Language to INSTALL, TIME AND CURRENCY FORMAT, KEYBOARD INPUT METHOD, Proceed next to click NEXT button.
After the next Following Screen is displayed, Click On INSTALL NOW.
Select the Edition of the Windows server you’d like to install.
Read the License Term and Condition well and checkmark And Click NEXT to Proceed.
select On Custom: Install Windows Only ( Advanced ).
Select Partition to install Windows Server 2019 and Click on NEXT Button.
Windows Server 2019 installation will start, During Installation system restart Automatically
After Restart the System, Set the Administrator Password { Password must be complex, ex. Simi@123}
Press CTRL+ATL+DEL From Your Keyboard for Windows Login After Press Combination Key Following Screen Display.

Change Computer Name in windows server 2019:
First Go to start and open server manager like bellow.
Go to Local Server on the left pane
Click On Computer Name as below displaying
Click On change option:
Input your computer name as you like in the Computer name Filed.
Click on OK Button for Restart your System to Apply these changes.
Now you can see your server name has changed
