In the writing option of WordPress, you can set the default post format and default category, setting the text editor for all users on WordPress. If you want to publish a post and article through the mail, then you can set it from the writing option of WordPress.

To check the writing setting of WordPress or to update the setting according to your requirement, you will look at the option of writing when you hover the mouse cursor over the setting. As soon as you click on the writing option, you will get the writing window as below.

  7. Login name: The email address you will use to write mail in WordPress by defaults login name is “login@example.com” you can change the login name according to your requirement
  8. Password: Create a strong password for the above-mentioned email id and email name.
  9. Defaults Mail Category: You can assign a category here or create a new category that WordPress will use for publishing all posts by email.
