You can create a bootable installation DVD using burning software like Nero, ASHAMPOO BURNING STUDIO, and a DVD burner, etc.

Once you download the Fedora ISO file from the Fedora portal, make it bootable by burning to a USB drive or DVD.
Reboot the target system where you want to install fedora and then go to its bios settings (may be different according to the company to go into the bios) and make USB or DVD the first bootable media
Choose the “Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.3” option
When the system boots with installation media (USB or DVD), we will get the following screen, select “install fedora 33” and press Enter,
If you hit the Enter on test this media & Install Fedora 33, the system will first check the installation media and then the installation will start, this option is a bit time-consuming so we recommend clicking on the first option.

Choose your preferred language for Fedora 33 installation
You need to choose a language that you want to use for fedora 33 installation, so select a language that suits your setup. If your compatible language is not showing in the list, then search for that language. You can make it your default language. And click on the Done option to go ahead.

Preparing Fedora 33 Installation
Click on the installation destination on the screen below, here we will create partitions in the installation system. You can create partitions and according to your hard disk size and your requirement.

At the time of OS installation, you can create a partition with 2 types.
Automatic: With this option, the system makes some defaults partitions from your entire hard disk.
Custom: With the custom option, you can decide the size of partitions and partitions name according to your choice in the hard disk.
In this installation, we will create custom partitions.
Create Partition In Fedora

As we can see I have around 803 GB free disk space on sda drive, I will be creating the following customize standard-based partitions on this disk,
- /boot = 10GB (xfs file system)
- / = 100 GB (xfs file system)
- /var = 100 GB (xfs file system)
- /home = 50 GB (xfs file system)
- /dbdata = 100 GB (xfs file system)
- Swap = 4 GB (xfs file system)

In the next window, choose “Accept Changes”

Setup Keyboard Layout
Use the(+) plus Sign sign to add a keyboard layout and click Add and after that click Done to go back to the Installation Summary interface.
Configure Language Support in Fedora 33
Under this step, you will set your language support, search your preferred language which you want to install, and click Add to install it. and Click to Done Button to complete the Language setting support.

Set Time Zone Time & Date
Managing time in the server is very important, so in this step, you can set the default system timezone, time, and date.
You need to set a timezone according to your location. After setting it all up, click on the Done button and move on to the next step.

Set System Hostname
You can change the hostname at the time of OS installation or even after OS installation. You can change the network settings in the system, click on the Configure option to change the configuration of the network.

Set IP Address
Here, you can change the name of Ethernet, your recording requirement, checkmark in both these options connect automatically with priority and All users may connect to this network To enable the connection whenever the network is available.

To set a static IPv4 address, click IPv4 Settings and select the manual for the method, and then enter values for the IP address, network mask, gateway, and DNS parameters. When you finish configuring the connection. Click Save to save the configuration.

Software Type in Fedora 33
By default, the installer will select Fedora Server Edition as the software package and if you want to change it accordingly, click the Software Selection option and choose your preferred Base Environment.
Click on the done option to save by proceeding with the selected environment.

Set time Zone
With this option, you can set the time zone of your system, the recording of your region and time zone. You can also change the time format of the system as you want to keep AM / PM or in 24 hours format.

Set Root Password

Create User Account and set password and confirm password then click on done to procced.

Choose the “Begin Installation” option to start the installation.
